NEWLY promoted Brentwood Rugby Club are to hold a special open forum at their headquarters on Thursday evening to help prepare themselves for playing at their highest ever level next season.
The club won their play-off final last month beating Hampstead 23-13 and now step up to the London North One League which is a major leap in rugby terms and will mean major changes both on and off the field.
Competing against much stronger teams will be a big test for the club and chairman Keith Ambrose wants everyone involved to get together and help make plans for the season ahead.
"Everyone is welcome to come to the forum, which starts at 8pm, where plans on the structure and finance for next season will be discussed," he said. "We want to involve right across the club, from the mini and youth sections right up to the senior side.
"We would like to have a cross section of all the club at the meeting and that means parents, coaches, plus past and present players."
